Refund policy

Unworn and unwashed merchandise may be returned up to 30 days from purchase date.

If you would like to exchange or return merchandise, please send an email to southernbuoys@gmail.com including your original order number and a request for either an exchange or refund. If you are exchanging merchandise, please indicate which products you would like to receive in return.

Once you have sent an email request, we will reply with a return authorization form. Please include this form, along with the merchandise for return, in your return package.

Please allow 7-10 days for the refund to show up in your account if returning and if exchanging, please allow 3-5 days to receive the replacement item.
